RDW is looking for ICT Young Professionals!! We are looking for recent graduates who want to develop into developers, testers, designers, infrastructure specialists and security analysts. As an ICT Young Professional at RDW, you have the opportunity to further develop yourself within two years into the IT professional of the future. Of course, you will bring along all the knowledge you gained during your studies. What do you want to learn next? What do you enjoy? What are you good at? These are questions you can find answers to in these two years. Within the Young Professional Program there are various opportunities to develop yourself. At RDW we work with DevOps teams that work according to the Agile method. The first year of the Young Professional Program focuses on development, training and exploration. You do this, among other things, by joining various DevOps teams to explore where your strengths and talents truly lie. Your specific ambitions and wishes will be discussed with you and, based on this, your learning path will be determined. Als Product Owner neem je het voortouw in de transitie van onze inhouse ontwikkelde e-commerce website en systemen naar het Gomibo platform als SaaS oplossing. Om dit te realiseren zijn ambitieuze projecten gestart met veel veranderingen op technisch gebied. Je slaat de brug tussen de bedrijfsstrategie en onze ontwikkelteams en zorgt dat iedereen met de neus dezelfde kant op staat.
