Schoenzetten (Sinterklaas tradition)
Join this Sinterklaas tradition, where children (of all ages) leave their shoe next to the fireplace so Sinterklaas can fill it with presents and candy over night (similar to Christmas stocking). The process is very simple, just follow the following steps:
1. Wait until it's the 4th of December 2018.
2. Take your (not smelly) shoe to the Cover room or print and decorate a paper one.
3. Tag it with your name.
4. Leave it in the designated spot before 18:00.
5. Sing your favourite Sinterklaas song (if you know any).
6. Go home and have a good night of sleep.
7. Come back on the 5th of December 2018 and see what Sinterklaas brought you.
8. Shout "Thank you Sinterklaas".
9. Enjoy your present!
Don't worry if you don't have any spare shoes, you can download a template on sinterklaas.svcover.nl. There will be a prize for the best decorated shoe!
