ACLO organises a health week from 22 till 25 February! You can sign up for a health check and several workshops. Activities during the health week are freely accessible (also if you’re not a member of ACLO).
Want to know how healthy you really are? Come to the healthchecks! Here you will get insight in your health through different tests and exercises. The healthchecks will take place daily from 16:00 till 19:00 and take one hour. Subscribe from February 10th to be sure of a spot! Important: bring sportswear!
Workshops Suikervrij eten (Dutch only): Je hoort er de laatste tijd steeds meer over: suikervrij eten! Maar echt overal zit suiker in, dus hoe kun je dit nu het beste voor elkaar krijgen en wat zijn de voordelen? Danielle Vergonet vertelt je alles over suikervrij eten tijdens haar workshop op 22 februari van 17:00 – 18:00 in de Lunchroom van de Sportsbar.
Mindfullness: Time to relax after a busy examweek? Come to the workshop mindfulness on Tuesday Februari 23th from 17:00 till 18:00. This workshop is provided by Janco König from Nu Even Nu mindfulness meditatie.
Create your own nutrition plan: Interested in creation your own nutrition plan? Curious to find out how much you can eat on a day? Come to the workshop ‘create your own nutrition plan’ on Wednesday February 24th from 17:00 till 18:00. This workshop is provided by Dietistenpraktijk Flow.
